Can I return tires after installation?
Tires that have been mounted and installed cannot be returned. Uninstalled tires in original condition are eligible for return within our standard return window.
Once tires have been mounted on a vehicle and driven on, they cannot be returned -- installation constitutes use and they are outside our return policy at that point.
Returns are accepted for: Tires that are uninstalled, unmounted, in original condition, and in the original manufacturer packaging, returned within our standard return window.
If you received the wrong tires or tires that do not match your order, contact us before installation at 920-560-2430 or through our Returns form and we will resolve it promptly.
