Shipping Protection Plan: What happens if my replacement tire is damaged in transit?

If your replacement wheel is damaged during shipping, our support team will help you return it and send a replacement.

If your replacement tire is damaged in transit after a Shipping Protection Plan claim, we will take care of it. Here is what to do:

  • Document the damage with clear photos of the packaging and the tire before any further handling
  • Contact us through our Order Support form or call 920-560-2430
  • We will review the documentation and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, up to and including sending another replacement

The goal of the Shipping Protection Plan is to make sure you receive your tires in perfect condition. If something goes wrong at any point in the process, we will make it right.
