What if my tires don't fit as expected?

If your tires don't fit after installation, contact Only Tires immediately. Uninstalled tires in original condition are eligible for return.

If your tires do not fit as expected, here is what to do depending on the situation:

Before installation: If you notice the tires appear to be the wrong size before mounting them, contact us immediately at 920-560-2430 or through our Order Support form. Uninstalled tires in original condition are eligible for return within our standard return window.

After installation: Once tires have been mounted and driven on, they are generally not eligible for return. However, if the issue stems from an error in our fitment recommendation, contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Best prevention: Always confirm your year, make, model, and trim in the vehicle selector before ordering. If you are unsure, call us at 920-560-2430 before you place the order.
