What should I do if something is missing from my order?
If your tire order is missing an item, contact Only Tires right away with your order number and photos -- we will make it right quickly.
If your order arrived with something missing, here is what to do:
- Have your order number ready
- Take photos of what you received -- including the packaging
- Contact us through our Order Support form or call 920-560-2430
We will review your order and ship any missing items as quickly as possible. If you chose the Ship to Installer option, also confirm with the installation shop what was received before your appointment.
