# Why did I receive only part of my order?
## Some orders ship in multiple packages to speed up delivery. Tracking is available for each shipment on your order page.
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, some items may ship in separate packages. While it might seem unusual at first, this approach is often the fastest and most efficient way to deliver everything you ordered.
For example, a manufacturer may ship a set of wheels directly to you, while our warehouse sends out the accessories separately. Instead of shipping the tires to our facility first, only to send them back out again with the accessories, we streamline the process and send each item from the location that gets it to you the quickest.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you can always find tracking information for each shipment on your order page. This allows you to follow each package and know exactly when to expect delivery.
